I came to 123.ie to check their price -which was good but what I found was that the Anja was so helpful and knowledgable that it made what was a chore into an enjoyable experience. I never knew what my insurance covered – well now I do. And no hard sell!
I insured my pet with 123.ie last year. I had one small claim for her breaking her dual claw at back of her paw. She needed to be sedated in order for the vet to fix her up. 123.ie paid out without qualms and made it easy to claim. Customer support was A1 and this years renewal is the cheapest of all I’ve reviewed.
I’d have no problems recommending them.
